Compression pants & socks

Do we need to wear compression pants & socks after delivery ? Whats the purpose of it? If yes, where do i buy a good one? Shopee has alot bt not sure which is good. Or do i just buy from decathlon? #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

when i was hospitalised due to complications, doctor prescribed me a compression socks to wear one week before my delivery. not sure why but im sure its quite important if hospital does that. maybe helps with blood circulation

Tbh compression socks doesnt help me even after birth. I stopped using it but i replace with normal socks. Way way much more comfortable.

I didn’t. My water retention condition just got better day after day by itself after child birth.
