Need some advice on car seat as it's my first time using it. - do all car seats have expiry date? I've got an Inglesina Marco Polo from my brother in law (think he bought it in 2010) but can't seem to find the manufacturing or expiry date. Anyone know where I can find it? - any advice if car seats should be placed on the left or right, or it doesn't matter? Thanks!

Yes, all car seats should have an expiration date. "Most car seats expire after 6 years from the date of manufacture. If you can’t find an explicit expiration date printed anywhere on the seat (shown below), check the owner’s manual. When in doubt, the easiest thing to do is to call the manufacturer and ask them."
