We have created routines so there is am Nap and pm nap minimum for my Son

1 small half hour nap befeore 12 and a big one the afternoon

17 5 month old takes one nap post-lunch in the afternoon.

Nap time means I can also get some time to do other work

One time during noon time baby ko mag nap

My toddler used to nap for around 2 to 3 hours

Just that 2 hour nap is sufficient for them

Only when he is going to bed at 7:30pm

I’m happy if he naps just one time

One a day during 2-3hours
