My daughter refuses to eat any kind of beans - red kidney beans, garbanzo beans, broad beans and even peas. we are a vegetarian family so beans are really important for protein. How can I get her to eat them? Any suggestions?

Have you tried adding beans to different veggies ? My mom used to boil the beans and then grind them with the gravy. You can also try making a bean shake by blending a spoon of boiled kidney beans, soy milk, choco powder together :) It tasty as well as great for health

My son is also a bit fussy about beans so I make a bean shake for him :) I add white beans, some pulses, tofu, milk, bananas together

Adding bananas to the shake !! definitely a better option than choco
