Hi mums n dad, When do u start allowing kids to learn cycle ? Eg, up to certain height,etc..? TIA!

There is this 2 wheel no pedals that teaches kids how to balance so when they start the bicycle the balance comes naturally About 2ish can start in the 2 wheel no pedal bike
