1 year 2m Not eating meals properly

Hi mums and dads my baby isn’t eating well spits out food all the time .. is she teething? What should I do to keep her tummy full 😭❤️#pleasehelp #advicepls

Have you tried the BLW style? Just put a few kinds of food / fruits then let her choose what she likes. When eating, feed her abit of what you’re eating. My daughter don’t take solids well when we feed her but she can eat slowly and fine when self feeding (can play while eating 😅). Alternatively, thru out the day can offer milk and snacks.
