Any mummy tried this confinement tonic from eu yan sang? if yes, does it taste nice? any other recommended confinement tonic instead of eu yan sang?

Can we actually take alcoholic drinks during confinement & breastfeeding? Alcohol passes through breastfeeding to the baby. Unless u r not breastfeeding, please don't take alcoholic drinks.
