1cm dialed

Hi mummy im currently in the hospital and been here for 3 days and still stuck at 1cm and I lost my mucus plug and bleed a little any mom know how to help with a dialing? #advice #firsttimemom

Walking and squatting should help. Make sure when you're walking, you're swaying your hips. You might as well do the duck walk as well~ Praying for safe delivery!~ 🙏🏻
