Pump out breast milk

Hi mummy’s how long do you usually pump out milk for each side? Do we wait till no more milk is out? ##1stimemom #firstbaby

21 mins. I’m using BeFree so it auto turns off at 21mins. If you want to pump longer or wait for second letdown, advise to stop pumping after 15-20 mins, massage and rest for 10-20 mins then continue pumping.
