Is vitamin d3 necessary

For mummies who are partially breastfeeding (mix of breast milk & formula), do u all give ur baby vitamin d3?

Yes! Unless your baby drinks more than 1L of FM. Vitamin D is usually lacking in babies, good to give 400IU/day (follow package instructions). Helps with formation of strong bones.

I do mixed feeding and PD prescribed vit D for my baby
