Your eating patterns?

Hi mummies, what’s your frequency of needing to eat? I feel like I need to eat carbs every 2 hours, or I get quite uncomfortable. And I can eat almost a full meal every time I eat, which is quite worrisome as I don’t want to gain too much weight or risk GD! Even waking up and drinking Milo with crackers is not enough for breakfast, only enough to gain some minimal energy so I can go and buy more food. must eat some noodles as a second breakfast then nausea will settle. What’s your feeding pattern like? #firsttimemom #advicepls

Ill have some heavy breakfast then light lunch, moderate dinner and in between will be snacks. I lessen on spicy meals, heaty food, oily and sugary food. I will eat food like cereal, bread, rice, some veg, fruits.
