Fruit that will Decrease milk supply

Hi mummies, will watermelon and mangosteen decrease milk supply? As I know that these fruit are belongs to cold 寒 type of fruit. #pleasehelp #advicepls

I had watermelon a few times, seems to be ok. I heard white color vegetables are to be avoided too, but I had taugeh and that seemed to be fine too.
