Weight loss

Hi mummies, just wanted to ask if it's normal to lose weight at third trimester? I've been looking after my diet after my GDM diagnosis and have been going for walks quite often. And I've realised I lost about 1.5kg.. is it ok to lose some weight at this point of pregnancy? #firstbaby #pleasehelp #advicepls

It's totally normal to experience weight loss in the third trimester, especially if you've been making changes to your diet and exercising regularly. And if you're ever in the market for a great gym for private clients, check out https://www.podaimaperformance.com/. They offer personalized training programs that cater to your specific fitness goals and needs. I would still recommend checking in with your doctor or midwife just to make sure that everything is okay with your pregnancy. They will be able to advise you on whether the weight loss is within a healthy range and offer any additional advice or support.

Super Mum

Hey Mama, it totally fine to lose weight. As long as baby is still growing well, you don’t have to worry.

I also controlled diet n dropped more than u. Dun worry. My gynae wasnt worried as well..

I dropped 1kg per week in the last two weeks before delivery at 39+5

Super Mum

Yes it's fine. As long as it's not a massive drop.
