Help with baby skin!

Hi mummies! Just want to know if your baby ever did develop the chicken skin texture. My twins did on their stomachs and back and I’ve been using Buds Super Soothing Rescue Lotion. It has drastically improved however twin B is now left with white marks on her skin. Any advice or similar experiences will be great, thanks in advance! #firstbaby #advicepls
