Hey there, I don’t think there’s a care kit per se but I do know that I include the following items in a postpartum list/must haves:
For Mama:
Maternity pads & panty liners
Perineal Spray
Wash bottle with spout
Breast pads
Lanolin nipple cream
Nursing bras
Nursing-friendly tops & loose clothes
Breast pump & milk storage bags
Suitable pillow for nursing (optional)
Swim ring / doughnut to sit on (optional)
Postpartum girdle / wrap
Scheduled postpartum massages
Large water bottle
Vitamins
Nutritious snacks
Entertainment (e.g. Netflix)
Pain medication as prescribed by hospital
