Sugar Level Target (GD)

Hello mummies! For those who had GD, what sugar level were you able to reach pre and post meal when you cut down your food intake? 🥹 Is it below 5.3 (pre-meal) and below 6.7 (post-meal)? I’m nervous if I can do it! I’m on 29 weeks 🙏 Thanks in advance!#firstbaby #firsttimemom #advicepls

6.7 is 2 hours post meal. 7.8 is 1h post meal. Jy! Oh yes 5.3 for premeal
