Is this mucus plug? 21w pregnant

Hi mummies, this sticky mucus like discharge came out while I was wiping after pee earlier. Googled and seems to be mucus plug. Is it normal for 21 weeks pregnant? Should I be concern? I just had a polyp removed 3 days ago and have vaginal infection currently on flagystatin vaginal insert every night. Thanks in advance. #advicepls #mucusplug #discharge #pleasehelp
