Hi Mummies, pls share tips to stop breastfeeding. I decided to wean off when lo turns 1. I tried to stop pumping and latching for 2 days now, and as a result, im having fever? What should i do? TIA

Usually stop breastfeeding, had to decrease the pump gradually while stop latching. Once you get engorgement, you should actually pump out. It depends previously how frequent you pump and how much output you have after each pump. Like the above reply, should lengthen the time between pumps. Instead of stopping both latching and pumping immediately. Once the amount decrease, could drop pump.
