Anybody on Nexplanon implant?

Is any mummies out there on Nexplanon? I took this implant right after giving birth to my baby. I dont notice any major diff but my period is not regular which i know is normal. But i am curious if there’s anymore side effects from this implant. Mind sharing Mummies? :)
