Sleeping Position in last trimester

Mummies , do you only sleep on your left during the last trimester? I have been trying to sleep on my left but I had trouble going to sleep.. I end up tossing and turning because I try to avoid sleeping on the right.. when i doze off on my right, i feel so guilty for my baby 🥺 #advicemommies #firsttimemom #advicepls

I asked my gynae the same question, and she says that as long as you don’t feel breathless while sleeping upright, it should be fine (I.e not necessary to sleep on side unless you feel breathless)
