Diagnose with GDM

Hi mummies, my OGTT results is out and it shows that it exceeded the range.Today i received a text saying that kkh have scheduled me for another appointment 1 week earlier than my scheduled appt. May i know what will the doctor do or advise during that appt? Do i need to buy the glucose test machine to monitor etc? If yes, anyone know how much it cost?#pleasehelp

Not sure for kkh but i am with pte clinic. They immediately refered me to c a endocrine doc. Purchased the glucometer and had to monitor my glucose readings until i deliver. Gd ting was she allowed me to take lesser readings over time! But i do have frens who doesnt need to record readings until deliver. The glucometer wasnt exp actually.
