Hi mummies, is it normal to frequently have cramps that feel like menstrual cramps during early pregnancy?

Yes, i had mild cramps around 10 weeks., but it go away at 12 weeks., If u feel cramps., u need to rest a lot and not to carry heavy things. And u should wear some loose underwear ams pants
