LO sleep late

Hi mummies, my LO is about 3 mths and she sleeps 3-4am daily. Any ideas how do i rotate her timing? Ive tried several methods to let her differentiate day/nite but it did not work..

Limit her day naps and duration. During the day do some activities with her and during the night go into the room earlier and nights out with milk. Sleep with her as well
