dun worry so much! think positively. i know is hard but just try to avoid doing certain things if u are really scared if miscarriage. for me i had stillbirth at 28 weeks in my previous pregnancy so this time i really avoided doing many things to minimize the risk of miscarriage or stillbirth. generally i didnt travel overseas (babymoon), no exercise other than walking and climbing few stairs, not eating cooling food/drinks (but i still drink tea, cold drinks almost everyday and bbt on some days). once u get to 3rd tri when u can feel baby movement everyday u will feel better. now im 36 weeks and baby is doing well.

Usually miscarriage is caused by genetic issue or if you have a fall (depends) etc. it wont really be caused by what the mother do or sleeping position. I slept on my back and baby turned out fine

Did you miscarry before? It’s generally caused by genetic factors and not what the mum does

Agree with the mummy above. 1 in 4 pregnancies end in the first trimester with no discernible reason. Best to just not think so much and add stress to yourself, and your body will know what to do:) U can always reference with the other mummies mention above on things to avoid, but my gynae had simply said to carry on life as per usual.

Some of it like sleeping position depends on how many weeks you are. How many weeks are you?

micarried once, so i know the stress. but still ~ eat healthy, stay healthy, be positive, and everything you eat, eat in moderation. do some prenatal yoga if you feel stressed. if in doubt on the food intake you can always check back on the app or Google. don't worry take it easy.
