Dye hair at 12-13 weeks

Hi Mummies, I’m around 13 weeks. Is it safe to dye my hair at hair salon? (No bleach..) And hair treatment after colouring? Am thinking if my stylist can keep a distance from my scalp will it be possible? I understand red colour is definitely out as it a very strong ink that you will feel hurt on your scalp. Thank you!
