A little help ?

Hi Mummies . I'm 36weeks pregnant . Indeed in pain on my lower abdomen . No waterbag burst , no leakage , no bleeding , baby's head facing downwards and keep on putting pressure which absolutely makes me uncomfortable . 2cm dilated . But doctor say it's normal to dilate and don't have to worry because it's my third child . But everytime I goes to the toilet to urine/pooping , baby's head keeps on putting more pressure down . And the urge of pooping is just all the time .
