Can I use massage chair in early pregnancy at 13 weeks?

Old ppl saying cannot massage during preg 🤷🏻‍♀️. Im very taboo also, so personally I won't. So throughout my whole pregnancy, I only got my hub to gently massage my calves. U have got a friend after 2nd tri, she went for Prof prenatal massage. Throughout her preg, everything is okay. I also got a friend throughout her whole preg didn't go massage but during her 36 weeks, she went for massage. After that the same day she had bleeding and contraction, gave birth the same day.
