Painting nails during Pregnancy

Hello Mummies Can I paint my nails using the normal nail paints I used to use before pregnancy? I am currently 14 weeks pregnant #firsttimemom

My doc said normal paint is ok but NO GELL. Chemical is strong not good for baby. Its even in hospital brochure do and donts pregnancy
