S26 amount of feed

Hi mummies, I need your advice.my NB weighed 3.1kg 2 weeks old. S26 gold newborn says here # 3.5kg -0-2weeks = 2 scoops =60ml water # 4.5kg = 2 weeks - 3 months =4scoops =120ml water Which one should I follow?

I go according my baby's cue on the amount she feeds on but follow the instructions of the ratio of water to formula
