Backache on the left side

Hi mummies, I am currently 15weeks pregnant n I have backache but it’s only on the left side. If I stand straight I don’t feel it but when I sit down I feel the ache. Just wondering if anyone has similar experiences and what did you do to alleviate the ache. Thank you in advance.
