From Private to Govt Subsidies

Hello Mummies ! I am 26 weeks pregnant and i have been doing my checkups at NUH under private . Due to covid 19 , me and my husband are going through financial constraints and we thought of changing from private to govt subsidies . Is it possible ? I need advice .     I mean , do i need to call the private NUH that im currently with now to let them know that i wanna switch from private to govt subsidies ?
