How to use sterimar nasal spray

Hi mummies, how do you use sterimar nasal spray on your baby? Since it sprays right in the nose im scared to use on my 2 months old baby. Does baby need to be in certain position? Like lay sideways or something ? And when do you usually use it ? During the day/night/after bath ? #advicepls #firstbaby

Basically you would want to use sterimar when your LO sounds stuffy, sit him/ her upright spray one nose at a time. Then suck out mucus with nasal aspirator
