Applying for infant/child care

Hi mummies! How do i apply for infant/child care for my 1 year old girl as baby no.2 is otw? Reason being to send her to school is because im afraid i cannot give her attention when her lil sister is seeking for milk or me. Daddy can't get paternity leave as his job doesn't have it. My last resort will be a nanny,please help me thank you :)
