leaking breastmilk

hi mummies, ftm here! im 21 weeks and 1 day and im leaking breastmilk anyone knows why :( pls help im. scared

woahhh . sorry . im not here to help but want to ask , is there anythg that you did make it leaking? eg : drink alot of water ,#supplenment

    nope! checked w doctor and he said its a good sign as it shows that milk is being produced etc for baby!
