Do I need to use corrected age for stage 2 formula?

Hi mummies and daddies, my LO is reaching 6 months in a few days but she’s born 5 weeks early. Do I change her to stage 2 at birth date or corrected age (- 5 weeks) of 4 months going 5 months old?? #formulaadvice
