Hmm didn’t specifically train. When my LO was 8wo, he starts to sleep from 10pm and wake at 7am for a feed then continue sleep until 10am. And sometimes will wake up at 3am then every 3hr for a feed until he officially wake up at 10am. So far from my experience I will try not to overwhelm him and feed him enough before his long night sleep.
