Hi mummies, currently im 21 week plus pregnant and i decided to take my vaccine .Im a kkh patient under subsidise clinic. Everytime when i went to my monthly check up appt, dr will asked if i want to get my vaccine done but i keep rejecting it coz i wasnt feel confident to take it. But after weighing the pros and cons and also my due date gonna be in 4 mnths plus time. I decided to take it. So i called kkh to clarify, do i have to consult dr b4 vaccine. She say not need as long as im already after my first trimester. She also mention so far those pregnant woman under kkh who took their vaccine directly to cc had no issue.  Do any mummies here already done their vaccine at any cc directly ? Do u guys need to provide any clearance form or anything? I asked the staff, she say not need. Just remember to take either Pfizer or Moderna Vaccine. Im still kind of worried though. hi mummy, if you do a search in the posts, there are many mummies who have vaccinated and shared their experiences. not compulsory, but good to get clearance from dr to check through ur medical history. there are mummies who took at kkh, and some at cc directly too. i did at kkh cos if i need medical attention, i am in a safe place. the side effect for me was just sore arm and tiredness. it’s been 4 weeks, baby still moving fine and kicking so much.
