i need some advice

hi mummies anyone knows how to cure this??? it has been there for quite awhile and ive been putting catephil baby lotion on it but doesnt seems to go off .... #plsadvice #1stimemom

i use California Baby Therapeutic Relief Eczema Cream after hearing good reviews. will clean baby face everytime i see saliva. when redness appear, i apply the cream and usually will disappear in 1 or 2 days
