Phelgm in throat

Hi mummies, my 18mths toddler have been coughing and sounded phelmgy. Any medicine or remedies to introduce? Been giving prospan but not really working.

Go to PD to get medicine for 18 months old. I would say Prospan dont work. My 18 month old was given another cough syrup suitable for their age. But this is prescribe by doctor.
