Reddish and Itchy

Hi mummies, my 13 month LO has been 2 months plus been scratching his back and forhead till bleed. Now his whole back red. Cut hair into ahort dont work, use cetaphil lotion dont work, use powder same dont work. Heart pain to see his forhead and back got scratch mark with blood. Afraid will be permanent scar.#advicepls
