11 weeks old hating tummy time!

Hi Mummies,My 11 weeks old boy hates tummy time. I have tried different styles - on bed, on cushion, on my chest - everything! I have also tried putting soft toys on front of him so that he can enjoy tummy time! After 1 to 2 minutes he starts crying. What do I do ? Any other mums faced this ? I am worried this will impact his overall growth and development :(#firsttimemom #pleasehelp

don’t worry so much just keep practicing everyday until he gets used to it. tummy time is not enjoyable for most babies. doesnt mean there’s entertainment in front of him means he will like it, it’s temporarily not comfortable for their bodies training their core muscles that’s not developed. it’s like when we exercise too hard on our own core muscles, it’s not comfortable but it’s good physical development. just stop when he cries and try again next day. don’t stress him and yourself. each baby will develop on its own time, have faith in him.
