doesn't show baby bump yet at 20 weeks

Hello mommies pls.answer my question . Since there is a quarantine I cannot go to my Ob and have the scan . I am quite bothered. I am already 20 weeks today but I cannot see any baby bump yet. Para lang syang busog ako . Is it still okay ? Who among you are also in my shoe . Thanks much
