cramps

Hi mommies to be. Is it normal to have the "menstrual cramp" feeling during your early pregnancy? I think I am about 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. I havent go to any gyne yet as I tot it is still early. Any advices pls? Thank you!!

During my 4-5 weeks I did feel slight menstrual cramps and light spotting. But it was all due to implantation bleeding.
