VITAMIN D for Newborn

Hi mommies! I just gave birth to a baby boy. Anyone of u mommies gave Vit D to ur LO? I was being told by KKH midwife to give my LO a Vit D if i were to exclusively gv him breastmilk.. Anyone can recommend?

Yes I gave vit D to my baby as told by kkh too. 1 drop a day, up to 1 yo.

yes, through vit D infant drops. can try nordic naturals or biogaia

why must give vit D? Breastmilk don't have ?

Ask them why. If they don’t test your breastmilk then no point giving it.
