BLW solid food

Hi mommies, how do you guys start baby on BLW?? I ‘ve been feeding my 7 ‘months old oats and purée but she’s not interested. I have tried avocado and sweet potato but she refused that too. Any recipe for me?#firsttimemom #firstbaby
