ARSA baby help

Hi Mommies! Just did my detailed scan yesterday. Doctor found another extra heart vessels at baby heart. Doctor say it might be a sign of downsyndrome. We are soooooo mentally drained hearing this. Doctor did a nipt test to confirm percentage for the DS. Anybody experience this before? Is this something worrying? 🥺

Hi Mama, So sorry you’re going through this. I think Doctor is trying to be as thorough as possible. Down syndrome babies are prone to heart issues but heart issues can also happen without baby having Down syndrome. Hang in there, you’ll know when the results are out. Either way, stay strong and take care!
