Bleeding after cervix check for dilation

Hi! Any mommies bleed after check even doctor didn’t said it’s dilating? My panty liner was soak with blood yesterday and #advicepls #advicepls #firstbaby #pregnancy today still bleeds a little . Is this normal ? 🥲not sure doctor uses fingers or instrument to check by the way 😫😫
