Fish Oil from KKH

Hi mommies, Anyone here had problems eating the fish oil tablet from the hospital.I realise i easily got a migraine and headache aft consuming it. I remember not getting any migraine or headache for my firstborn. Will i be able to not consume it? Is it a must?#advicepls #pleasehelp

Inform your gynae. Probably not suitable if headaches are consistent. I used to stop taking for a day or two if it helps to lessen the headaches (if any).
