Fish Oil from KKH

Hi mommies, Anyone here had problems eating the fish oil tablet from the hospital.I realise i easily got a migraine and headache aft consuming it. I remember not getting any migraine or headache for my firstborn. Will i be able to not consume it? Is it a must?#advicepls #pleasehelp

it’s important for your pregnancy and baby’s growth, see which is more impt to you? you can ask your gynae for an alternative la.. i was given Ganilla instead of fish oil capsules, which contains the same DHA just in another form and easier to consume.
