Vomiting non stop

Hi mommas out there, my 14months old has been vomiting after meal. We brought her to the GP and doctor said it’s just stomach flu and will go away in 1-2 days. Prescribed her anti vomiting and fever medicine. But it’s seems like she not getting any better. She still vomitted quite a bit after each meal. Any similar experience dear mommas? Should I admit her to the hospital for check up? #firstbaby #firstTime_mom #worried
